Call our Driverline on 020 3322 2601 (option 2). Though our roadside partner is the AA, it’s important you call them via the Driverline number so they know you are one of us.
You can call at any time, 24/7.
What’s included in the maintenance package?
Your Octopus EV maintenance package includes:
- Roadside assistance (including a blown tyre or puncture)
- Home start - yep, you’re covered even if you break down at home
- National recovery - they’ll recover you, your car, and up to seven passengers.
What happens if my car isn’t able to be repaired at the roadside?
Our partners will recover your vehicle and do what they can to get it fixed and back to you.

We recommend you arrange your own breakdown cover before your car arrives and call them directly.
